Life U is fortunate to have modern facilities for practices and games. In addition to three miles of running/walking trails winding throughout the picturesque campus, the Running Eagles have dedicated facilities for student-athletes to train, practice and compete.
|The Eagles' Nest
Located in the Sport Health Sciences building, The Eagles' Nest is home to the Running Eagles basketball, wrestling and volleyball teams. It is also host to numerous events and assemblies throughout the year, including graduation ceremonies. With two full size gymnasiums, there is ample space for practices, games and even indoor intramural sports.
|Lupo Family Field
The generous contribution by Dr. Joe Lupo, longtime supporter and trustee for Life U, has made possible the recent upgrades to the main game field and seating complex where the Life U rugby and soccer teams play. There is also a sand volleyball court, tennis courts, and a track that was used for training by international athletes during the 1996 Olympic Games.
Athletic Weight Room
One of the benefits of being a Life University intercollegiate athlete is having access to elite facilities like the athletic weight room. Donated to Life University Athletics from the Tennessee Titans football team, Life U's athletes utilize this facility while pursuing peak physical performance through Life U's specialized strength & conditioning program.
